From a very young age, Giarnni's journey into gymnastics was propelled by the loving support of his parents.
“It was actually my parents that got me into gymnastics at a very early age. As a 2 year old I guess I had no interest in the sport at that time. As I got older the interest followed and so did the motivation... what gave me the motivation was the thought of winning major competitions. I had the desire and passion for success.”
Although his interest may have been minimal as a two-year-old, his passion for gymnastics steadily grew, and as he matured. The allure of triumphing in major competitions ignited an unwavering drive for success within him.
In our exclusive interview, Giarnni shares his invaluable advice for aspiring gymnasts.
“My advice for anyone aiming for success in the sport is to trust the process, work really hard and most importantly - be dedicated. It's not just about what you do inside the gym, but also about making the right choices outside of it.”
Giarnni emphasises that true success extends beyond gymnastics, encompassing every aspect of an athlete's life. You have to be in it for the long run!
The association with Milano holds profound significance for Giarnni.
“It means everything to me, to be associated with Milano. From a young kid who auditioned to make the magazine, years and years ago to now working with Milano and to collaborate my brand with Milano - that's pretty cool. Ayy!”
